Tuk Tuk is the easiest way to get around, walking is safe!! Getting around in Siem Reap is fairly easy as it is quite a small city, with most of the main attractions within easy reach. While the easiest way to explore the historical town is by walking, local transportation options such as remork (Tuk Tuk), motorcycle taxis and bicycles are available everywhere at affordable prices,

Dress Code

At Angkor Wat, you are required to follow the dress code. Your clothing must cover your shoulders and knees!

Khmer traditional costumes for rent are available in front of Angkor Wat or in town at a reasonable price!

What to Pack!

Comfortable Slip-on Shoes: When visiting Siem Reap, it’s important to wear comfortable slip-on shoes. Many temples require walking on stone pathways, and exploring the jungle means some areas are only accessible on foot.

Currency: We use our own currency (Riel) and as well as USD. The ATMs is very next to our villa where you can withdraw Riel or USD (24hr/7). Credit payment is available at most of the place in town and as well as at the villa.

Mosquito Repellent: We recommend the mosquito repellent, sunglasses, and hat to be packed (umbrella available at the villa).
